Default Suggested Level 1-10 Arena Nerfs

I used to find this sort of PvP a challenge because of the limited skills available (nice to see elites disabled FINALLY). It meant becoming a little more creative and good teamwork to win. I'd really like to see some more balances thrown in:

- Close the International Districts (to prevent guild teaming/stacking). It completely unbalances the game when you have four touch rangers on VoIP hogging faction for hours on end. Having a "RA" that isn't really random sorta defeats the purpose. I realize this sounds like a drastic measure considering the reason behind the International District, but I doubt there's any other viable way to deal with it.

- Cap the pet level at 10. Since the arena level is supposed to be 1-10, it would be fair (and logical) to only allow a max pet level of 10. Death leveling is one of the latest fads, and again it slants balance when you have a level 3 character controlling a level 20 pet.

I'm positive these kinds of conditions put off a lot of newer players that try their hand at PvP only to be obliterated within seconds.

A bit torn on the first one, since it's in a way penalizing good teamwork, but I understand where you're coming from - the level 10 arena is supposed to be something small and simple to get your feet wet in, not something to "farm nubs" in.

Definately agree on the second one though. Like you say, it would only be logical.
